She completed her dietetic internship through the University of Houston’s distance program. Sara’s mission is to help patients find freedom from chronic health conditions and harmful fad diets by developing tailored nutrition plans to meet their individual needs. Her ultimate goal is for her patients to make small, sustainable changes to their diet until it becomes a part of their lifestyle so they never have to feel like they are dieting again.

Marsha Girgis is a New Jersey and New York Registered Dietitian (RD) specializing in weight loss and medical nutrition therapy. Marsha obtained her Masters of Science degree in Nutrition & Food Science, as well as a Bachelors in Health Science & Psychology. As an RD, she assesses the nutritional status and nutritional needs in each of her clients. She works with each client as a team to develop realistic, attainable, and lasting goals.
