Green with Envy Weight Loss Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened soy or 1% low fat cow’s milk
Handful of raw baby spinach (washed)
½ apple, chopped
½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender (preferably a Vitamix or NutriBullet). Blend until smooth.
