These decadent chocolate brownies are not only delicious but very healthy. With no added sugar, flour, or artificial ingredients they are superb for gluten free diets, vegans and diabetics. And with only 3 ingredients, they couldn’t be any easier to make!
Flourless Chocolate Brownies
3 very ripe bananas mashed
½ cup smooth almond or nut butter
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp almond extract (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, mix until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 8×8 Pyrex baking dish and spread out until even. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then chill for at least one hour before serving.
