Baked Kale Chips

Baked Kale Chips

1 bunch of kale

1 Tbs olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

2 tsp grated parmesan cheese




Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. With kitchen shears, or your bare hands, remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Line leaves on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil (you don’t want to coat the leaves as they will wind up wilting rather than becoming crispy). Add spices and bake until edges are brown, but not burnt, 10-15 minutes.
