One of the most difficult things about staying on track is the common occurrence of those sweet or salty cravings. This easy, colorful, versatile, sweet-tooth satisfying dish is sure to hit the spot. Use it as dessert or even as a mid-day snack! Whatever the occasion, this is sure to satisfy.
Berries and Cream Crunch Bowl
1 cup berries of choice (pictured is strawberries)
1/4 cup cool whip topping
1/2 cup granola (such as Kashi or homemade)
Optional: sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs for that extra hint of sweetness. Also top it with chia seeds for an omega-3 boost!
Put berries in a bowl, pile cool whip, granola, and optional toppings. That’s it! Enjoy.
